This is a great place to train. Professor Marco really goes into the details of what he is teaching to make sure everyone understands. The place itself is nicely laid out and the mats are pristine. The folks who train there are Super friendly.
After a long time on December 12th we had our Body of Four team gathering again!! A lot of people have been patiently training hard for the past year and now they are going to level up to new belts.
